About This Online Course’s Module
A persona is a person’s character or a person’s type, and represents our client or a player. By collecting the data and building the persona’s profile, we make sure our communication, collateral and go-to-market plans are focused, targeting them and are tuned to them.
By knowing them better, we can improve our chances. We will know which marketing channels they prefer, how we can most likely get their attention, and as a result, where to invest our marketing budget to maximize results. We can use this knowledge to personalize our messaging, story and collateral based on their preferences and interests, and as a result, we will increase the chances that they will review our materials and find it relevant to them.

By the end of this class, you will know how to build a player’s persona. Each player is, in a way, a client – whether they approve the deal or just influence it. In this module, we will learn how to get to know our clients (or players) and their environment by getting to know their persona. By knowing them better, we can improve your chances.
